I usually ask my trainer for homework at the end of each session, and this week’s assignment is to write down everything I eat and drink and what time I ate it. And since you all know me so well, you know I’m not just making cursory notes. Along with my overly detailed notes I’ve been taking pictures of everything too. I won’t subject you to everything, but I’ll definitely share a few of them with you all.
Starting with the sad portion of ingredients I got at Chipotle. What the heck? I think they put more sour cream on there than they did chicken. Not cool:

I wish I could say I’d made that, but I didn’t. I ate out a lot this weekend (more than usual).
Popcorn with nutritional yeast topping is my new favorite. I had this for breakfast Sunday while I caught up on True Blood:

No, I don’t have a good excuse for that. Up late + hungry + period.
Finally, my dinner Friday night was a little bit of a stretch since we didn’t have any meat defrosted. I grabbed an egg instead:
That’s leftover homemade pasta with Mom’s marina and a scrambled egg. It was pretty good, actually.
And now I hope you can see why I’m not the kind of blogger who posts every meal she eats! I’ve thought about it because it would at least give me a starting place for each post but it’s way too much work.
