I don’t know what to say because I’m just so exhausted right now. I’ve had a terrible time getting on a healthy sleep schedule and I’m sure that’s impacting oh, everything, in my life right now.
But everyone gets tired so I know you’re not here to hear about that. Let’s talk weight loss. Or lack thereof, in my case.
Yeah, I’ve had some good moments this week. I thought, honestly, that I was doing better this week than I did last week. Looking at my FitBit and MyFitnessPal records though, that’s just not the case. I wasn’t as active the whole week which means those days when I had a few (hundred) extra calories weren’t okay. And yes, I missed calorie tracking some days so while I “felt” like I was staying within my goal there’s just no way to know.
Ultimately that leaves me with another week of not losing any weight. That’s not the 5 pounds I thought I could expect for this month, nor is it even close to the 8 pound “stretch” goal I had in mind. We’re looking at an overall loss of 2.5 pounds this month. Ouch.
I guess the only thing I can do at this point is just keep going. I’m frustrated, but I’m ready to move on.
