This is going to be a long post and I’m not even sorry about it (but there’s a freebie at the bottom for when you make it through!). I can’t think of a better way to celebrate the holidays than by supporting small businesses. For. Real. So I put together this small business holiday gift guide to highlight some of my favorite shop and businesses! Everything I’m sharing in this post comes from a small, woman-owned business that I believe in and support wholeheartedly. None of these women paid or offered me free or discounted products to be included in this guide.
With Black Friday, Cyber Monday and Small Business Saturday coming up, I wanted to get this guide into your hands ASAP but these are ones to bookmark so you can come back throughout the year for birthdays and special occasions too. Why not make your dollars work overtime by pouring into these women while spreading holiday cheer to your friends and family?
1. Julie Said Sew
I “met” Julie a few years ago through our blogs. She opened her etsy store earlier this year where she creates some of the most beautiful quilts, pillows, keychains and custom accessories. I actually fell in love with her halloween designs and had to custom order something of my own. Her creation absolutely blew me away!
Shop Julie’s store here. Follow Julie Said Sew on Facebook here or Instagram here.
2. Find Wondrous Things
I am asked all the time about my bible tabs and it’s always my pleasure to direct people to Lindsee’s shop. Etsy shops that sell tabs for books of the bible are a dime a dozen but I have never seen any like Lindsee’s anywhere else. Hers are stunningly beautiful AND she offers tabs for the Book of Mormon, D+C, the Catholic bible and monthly planner pages. They’re not all feminine patterns either, I love the “Barber Shop” pattern, for example, so I’m sure Lindsee has something no matter who you’re gifting to or their style/taste preferences
Shop Lindsee’s store here and use coupon code WONDROUSTHINGS for $2 off your order of $10 or more. Follow her on Instagram here.
3. Norwex with Maureen
Maureen is one of my oldest and dearest friends. We have a lot of things in common, including our love of clean and organized spaces. I fully expected to love the Norwex cleaning products but I have to admit that what I fell hardest for were the body cloths!
Reusable makeup remover cloths are having their moment in the spotlight right now and I have to say that the Norwex body cloths are the greatest thing that’s ever happened to my beauty routine. I tried their makeup remover cloths but found I just wear too much makeup for them to work efficiently (though they’re great for washing your face on a no makeup day!). The body cloths on the other hand…boom. Quick, easy, cleanser free. You need these in your life. I follow up with some moisturizer and I don’t know…all I know is my skin has never looked better.

4. Pink of Perfect
Amy is another blog friend. We bonded over our love of beauty products and fancy handbags. She opened her shop in 2012 selling hand made cards, and has now steered more into nail polish racks and jewelry. Her nail polish racks are great for your home or salon use, choosing between wall mounted systems or tabletop racks (and yes, she does custom work!). My favorite thing about her nail polish racks is that they are the perfect size for essential oil storage! Also they’re beautiful, but that should go without saying.
Amy’s jewelry is dainty and feminine, with endless options to personalize. She offers a gift box with every purchase, making each purchase a special treat! Definitely check out the hashtag and safety pin necklaces, they’re some of my favorites.

5. Betsy Doodles
I “met” Betsy online through our love of bible journaling. She and I ended up as swap partners for a bible journaling happy mail swap and she gifted me an old hymnal that has become so dear to my heart.
Betsy shares my passion for creating and has filled her store around one of my other obsessions: planner accessories! Planner charms make great stocking stuffers and Betsy’s got so many styles I’m sure you’re bound to find one you love. My personal favorites are the ones with arrow charms but her joy jars are the cutest thing ever too.

6. Goosekeeper Designs
Nichole is another friend I “met” online through her Bible Journaling Instagram and Periscope videos. She is responsible for feeding my love of traveler’s notebooks because of her video showing how simple it was to create one of your own! Her etsy store is full of beautiful products she personally designs and paints but my favorite thing right now are her dashboard doris – it’s a cross between a planner dashboard and the “dori” or traveler’s notebook (basically a notebook holder/cover) – because they feature her beautiful artwork! These are the perfect gift for the artist, writer, planner girl or journaler in your life.

7. ReleaseSARA
The ReleaseSARA ministry supports children and teens who’ve escaped from sex trafficking by providing essential oils that help with emotions that block healing. They sell graphic tees and fair trade products, many made by survivors both in the US and abroad. 100% of the proceeds go to purchasing essential oils and they have free shipping – always.

8. Displaying Grace
Michelle is actually local to me and writes a beautiful blog as well as devotionals and scripture art. If you need or know someone who needs an advent devotional study, she’s definitely your go-to woman! I came across her shop in my search for bible journaling goodies, which she also sells, but what really captured my attention was her writing and how refreshingly relatable her posts are.

9. By the Well
Lori’s another incredible woman I met online through Bible Journaling. She has a brick and mortar store in Washington, but I have been shopping her Etsy store all year and I love how much she pours into every order. I am blown away every time because she includes personal touches that always make me feel valued and important. My last order came with decorative paperclips, a rubber stamp and a whole set of paper penguin embellishments. If you are an artist or have an artist in the family, you will want to make her your go-to for supplies.
