Goals for 2012

Ultimate Grand Supreme 2012 Goal : Reach my all time goal weight of 170 pounds give or take – I’m aiming to be within the healthy BMI range for my height AND look/feel awesome. If I get to 180 and look great, I’ll take it. I want to be muscular and that might mean the scale is alittle heavy. I’ll use the size of my clothes and my % body fat to help me out with figuring out my “happy” weight.

Mini Goals:

  • Lose 10 pounds
  • Win the current weight loss contest at my gym (I probably need to lose 15 pounds to do this) (DONE! See the post)
  • Lose 30 pounds (cumulative – just 15 more from goal #2)
  • Weigh 199 pounds (and brag about how far I’ve come from my starting weight, something only my trainer and Jesus know)
  • Weigh 185 pounds
  • Weigh 180 pounds
  • Find my happy weight (somewhere between 175 and 160)
